Terms & Conditions.

These terms explain participation in HexAI Labs programmes and use of our website and learner portal. Please read them before joining and contact us if anything is unclear.

1. Programmes and admissions

Our programmes combine in-person weekend teaching with practical work between sessions. Standard programmes run for three months, with two live teaching hours per week, approximately 12 sessions and 24 live hours. Teaching is in English, with Kannada and Tulu explanations available for students who prefer them. Confirm prerequisites, location, batch dates and time slot with admissions.

An enquiry is a request to speak with the team, not confirmation of a seat. Enrolment and batch assignment are confirmed by the team. Outcomes depend on participation and practice; we do not guarantee employment, income, placement or a particular professional qualification.

2. Monthly membership

The standard membership contribution is ₹6,000 per month including applicable taxes, or ₹18,000 over three months. Any additional foundation months carry the same ₹6,000 monthly membership, including applicable taxes. It sustains the lab's teaching and operations. There is no upfront programme payment: the first due is raised one month after the batch starts, then monthly.

Review dues in the learner portal and contact us about concerns before paying. Financial support requires a separate fellowship decision; applying does not waive existing dues. Use an authorised payment link or a payment method agreed with the team. Refunds and corrections are governed by our Refund Policy.

3. Fellowship support

Fellowships support learners facing genuine financial constraints. They are discretionary fee discounts, not an automatic entitlement or a cash award. Apply through the learner portal after reading and acknowledging the eligibility rules.

For a genuine financial constraint. Apply if the standard ₹6,000 monthly fee, including taxes, is currently beyond your means. Tell us what has changed or what makes the fee difficult for you.

A commitment to learning. Be ready to attend your agreed weekend sessions, practise between classes and communicate with the team if your circumstances change.

Reviewed individually, not guaranteed. Approval, the fellowship plan and the level of support depend on a review by HexAI Labs management, your circumstances and available support. Approval is not guaranteed; submitting a request does not itself change your fees.

Clear terms before support begins. Your decision and approved monthly contribution appear in the student panel. Support applies to eligible future monthly charges, not charges already raised. Ask us if any terms are unclear.

Evidence may be requested privately. Management may ask for relevant supporting evidence to assess your request. The team will explain what is needed and how to share it privately. Share only the information necessary for the review.

Honest information is essential. False or misleading information, falsified evidence or concealment of relevant facts may lead to rejection or cancellation of a fellowship. The team will explain the decision and any change to future fees; you may contact us to clarify or correct the information.

Share only what is necessary. Give an honest explanation in your own words. Do not upload or include bank account details, identity numbers, passwords or sensitive documents in your request.

Management may reject a request or cancel support where information or evidence is falsified. Your decision and any revised contribution will be communicated to you. Contact the team if you believe a decision rests on an error. These conditions do not limit rights available under applicable law.

4. Leaving or rejoining

Submit an exit request and reason in your learner dashboard. The team must review and approve it before enrolment closes. While pending, or if rejected, enrolment remains active. Approval stops future dues for that enrolment but does not automatically remove existing dues. Discuss disputed charges or a rejected request with the team. Rejoining requires a fresh request and confirmation of a suitable batch.

5. Accounts and conduct

Provide accurate contact information and keep passwords and email sign-in links private. Accounts are personal and must not be shared. Inform us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Treat learners and staff respectfully; harassment, fraud and platform misuse may result in restricted access following review.

6. Materials and responsible use

Teaching materials are provided for your learning. Do not redistribute or resell proprietary materials or record sessions without permission. Third-party and open-source resources remain subject to their own licences. Respect privacy and intellectual property in projects; do not upload confidential information to AI tools without permission.

7. Changes and concerns

We may update teaching content to keep it relevant and will communicate material changes to batch arrangements. Published terms will carry an updated date; changes do not remove rights already accrued or override applicable law. Indian law governs these terms without restricting access to competent consumer forums or other remedies available to you.
